John Sonatra is an up and coming Bay Area rap artist out of Pittsburg Ca who made who first made a name for himself on the battle rap scene in the early 2000's. Since then he has went on to become an independent artist collaborating with various artist such as Bay Area veterans Keak Da Sneak, Rydah J Klyde, dubb 20 and A-Wax to name a few. His first single All On Me which is featured on his debut studio album "Hood Illustrated Election Day" received much praise in Northern and Southern California after winning a competition on legendary Bay Area radio station 106.1 KMEL. Since then John Sonatra has been consistently been working on his next project set to release within the next month or sooner "Crown Me Or Me" which is being led by the anticipation of his new single "Since Jacka Died" which is an ode to fallen Bay Area rapper the Jacka and also the new local street anthem in his hometown Pittsburg California. John Sonatra has also made a lot of noise after his guest appearance on the Mid Town Migos single "Changed on me" where he annialated his local critics receiving much praise and controversy all over social media and YouTube. With more then three more videos set to release in wait of his new projects John Sonatra has the eyes and ears of the underground hip hop scene awaiting his follow ups and creativity.
