To be centered is like being stationed somewhere for the longest period of time. There is not really much movement and there is not really much thought on sticking to one position. Although it seems tough to do or to even think in a centered mindset with so much going on. The value in being in one space and one mind can cost you great benefits. Almost as in saying peace be still and as still as a mountain and as still as the strongest monument. There is value in stillness. If you were to react to everything you see or do everything you put your mind to, you run out of time to really think. Time is even more valuable.
